I like the point you make about healthy eating habits.....I was taking many fast foods as its easily availabe and ready to cook in no time cause in todays fast moving world one does get enough time to eat healthy.
But after reading your point about healthy food  I wil try to impement it in my life and promise to stay fit and healthy......as Health is Wealth and one should preserve it afterall we have only one life to live.

 Moderation is very important. It is extremely important to exercise then as Mike said you don&#039;t have to worry so much about the amount but the nutritional value of what you eat.

 Thumper broke his traditional 2 cups of coffee yesterday- He had four. He had been very loyal to only 2 cups to wake up in the morning and eating fresh fruit as snacks.

I love steak - especially BBQ .Grilling is one of my favorites ways to cook.

I like the point you make about healthy snacks...  I&#039;ve been eating a lot more fruit lately, I often have 2 bananas or an orange at morning tea instead of any biscuits etc..  
Re: the controversial coffee!!  Hmmmm the jury&#039;s still out on this one!  Personally I don&#039;t really drink coffee for the boost, I just love the whole experience - the aroma... the taste... and oh that smell - heavenly!  But anyway....
Meat and potatoes - The points you make are particularly applicable in Australia, we just love our steak and barbecues!  You&#039;re right in suggesting to minimise this however..  Diet has a lot to do with moderation, doesn&#039;t it??</description>

My question to you is do you drink sodas instead?

I agree about the exercise totally.Your metabolism is high since you have exercised regularly.

You still have to watch out about eating too much salt - sugars and saturated  fats.
