I am lucky to have Thumper giving me gentle pushes but I have to say He is so strict and direct at times. I am not sure when he wants to clear something on the grammar or my research.
I sometimes feel something is lost in translation so I give him details to back the facts then I find out he only wants a yes or a no most of the time.
