Natural Fruit Shake - Spicy!

As you might already know, my quest for finding only the most delicious natural fruit shakes (and sharing them with my readers) is live and prospering. So after a healthy (and very delicious) pineapple shake, an also delicious, non-alcoholic Hemingway daiquiri style shake/smoothie, a Blueberry anti aging drink that could pass as a homemade yogurt, and the amazingly delicious tropical natural fruit shake with Mango, here comes my next entry for my Healthy Drinks series. Today, it’s a tropical fruit shake with a kick. Just the way I like it.

Natural Fruit Shake with Mango, Peach & Banana

…with a dash of spicy ginger!

  • 1/2 cups mango juice
  • 1 small peach yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Add all ingredients to the blender and process until smooth. Serves two.

All I can say is: delicious!
