I have found that the eating the tropical fruit mango boosts my enthusiasm by reminding me of a romantic beach with pink sand and translucent blue waters - aside from the psychological high. Because it is so refreshing you can also freeze the mango to enjoy on those hot summer days. Use some lemon juice or sprinkle some sugar and cayenne pepper on it. This is very tasty. The mango has an abundance of uses in recipes from a main dish, sauces and salsas to healthy drinks.
Here is an easy natural mango fruit shake for you to try.
Tropical Mango Fruit Shake (Recipe & Ingredients)
Just mix it all up in a juicer or blender.
- 1/2 mango
- 2 tbsp. frozen Pina Coloda mix (or 1/8 tsp. natural coconut extract)
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 4 strawberries, frozen
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 1/4 cup water
