How To Make Edible Body Paint

Ingredients

  • 1 box of vanilla instant pudding mix (5.1 oz.),
  • 2 cups of milk,
  • then just add liquid food coloring.

Remember a little goes a long way here with as little as a tip of a toothpick. Enhance with more flavor by adding some essential oils or flavorings such as coconut, mango, almond, blueberries, and cherry.

Directions

  • Mix the pudding with 2 cups of milk.
  • Divide the pudding into shot glasses and place them on a tray.
  • Refrigerate them while waiting to use.
  • Now you can make each other human canvas and paint away, be creative, totally and edible. For those worried about calories you can use sugar free or paint vigorously.

How To Make Edible Massage Oil

Edible massage oil can be made with all-natural, vitamin fortified oils that will be completely absorbed by the skin, leaving it soft, supple and revitalized. Lightly scented with the natural aphrodisiacs of chocolate or mint, or with other flavor combinations of your choice.

Body painting movement stared in 60’s and now it is considered as da most antique form of art. Unlike tattoos, body painting is temporary, painted on the skin it lasts only a few hours or at most a few days.
