I especially like what you say about being personal, that&#039;s probably the most important thing. It&#039;s always good to stroke the ego of your clients by being personal, rather than unapproachable.

I would also say the best method against nervosity is to go personal, as you say. That starts with perceiving your opposites as people like you, rather than as an audience as a whole.
